Not saying its so much of a plateau as I need to refocus my efforts but I haven’t lost at my usual 4 lbs per week. I am still down 45lbs since April 16th but need to keep it going if I am to hit my personal achievement targets of 375 by my birthday in August. Its been awesome so far. I feel much better (physically and mentally). I just need to get my gym routine into action and continue to eat well. Heres to another 38 lbs by August 25th.
