Yikes. Sake filtration sucks

Started filtration of the Sake tonight and I am two sets of filter pads in and made 2 cups of liquor out. This is not going well. Anyone have any thoughts? I am about to give up. Maybe I will try a couple more times tomorrow and then just package the rest.

    • I never really did. I pressed some of the heavy solids out via cheesecloth and then ran the rest through a coarse filter pad. After doing so, I realized that alot of the fruity, floral qualities were in the rice portion so I blended some of it back into the filtrate and made it a partially filtered.
